1. Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is between The Seasoned Skillet (“we,” “our,” “us”) and you (“client”).

2. Booking & Payment
  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments may be made via cash, check, or approved electronic transfer.

  • Your event date is not confirmed until the retainer has been received and a signed service agreement is in place.

3. Cancellations & Changes
  • Cancellations within 30 days of your event are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations more than 30 days prior will be refunded, less the retainer and any costs already incurred.

  • All menu, guest count, or service changes must be made at least 21 days before your event and approved in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel in cases of emergency or force majeure. In such cases, you may receive a partial or full refund at our discretion, based on expenses already incurred.

4. Menu & Pricing
  • Menu selections must be finalized at booking.

  • Prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. If costs increase, we will notify you and give you the option to approve the changes or adjust your order.

  • We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal or greater quality if certain items are unavailable.

5. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate delivery/setup details, including venue access instructions.

  • Ensure adequate workspace, utilities, and venue permissions for service.

  • Notify us in writing of any dietary restrictions or allergies at booking.

  • Assign a point of contact on the day of the event for coordination.

6. Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should exercise caution.

7. Service & Setup
  • We will provide professional service, presentation, and cleanup of our work area unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once food is delivered or set up, we are not responsible for quality or safety issues caused by improper storage, handling, or delays outside our control.

  • Additional labor, overtime, or equipment use beyond the agreed terms may result in extra charges.

8. Cleanup & Damages
  • Unless stated otherwise in writing, cleanup beyond our service area is the client’s responsibility.

  • The client is responsible for any loss or damage to our equipment caused during the event.

9. Photography & Media Rights

We reserve the right to photograph and/or record our work at your event for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event date.
